First sub 17:30 since I ran 17:08 on the same course back in January. I also ran the Snowflake 5k today in 18:05 to win it a day after running a challenging 15 miler on the battlefield. Doing a lot of 5k specific speedwork but the weather hasn't been great at my races lately. Placed 2nd to Mike Wardian at the Kinhaven 5k. Tough headwinds and 28 degree temps made it too hard to go for a PR.
