Group runs for the this month (schedule through Wednesday, July 31, 2013):

  • Monday nights 6:00pm @ Chantilly HS Track
  • Wednesday nights 6:00pm @ at Chantilly HS Track
  • Saturday mornings 8:00am @ W&OD Trail Vienna

Kelly and George have been keeping the group runs going this summer, so be sure to give them a shout out (or join them at one of the group workouts) before the summer ends!
