Week of 11/7/11 - 11/13/11

Workouts for this week:

  • Monday 11/7/11 - 6pm workout at Chantilly HS track
  • Tuesday 11/8/11 - 8:30pm workout at Fairfax HS track
  • Wednesday 11/9/11 - no group workout
  • Thursday 11/10/11 - 8:30pm workout at Fairfax HS track
  • Friday 11/11/11 - no group workout
  • Saturday 11/12/11 - 8am workout at Burke Lake
  • Sunday 11/13/11 - no group workout

We have several people competing in races next weekend.  Check out the race calendar to see what's going on!

  6. Holly, I have signed up for the VA Run Turkey Trot. Can't wait to get back to 5k racing! Good luck to Adam today. Saw that he made it through the 1st 10k in 41:16. Will be tracking the rest of the morning. Everybody have a good race tomorrow at the Race for Research.

  8. Start your warming up around 6, actual workout begins at 6:30. Another speed session, 8x200 with 100 jog/walks, 3 minute rest, repeat.
