  1. 31 miles completed today on the W&OD!!
Special thanks to Holly for the 4 amazing trail-side assistance stations. She had everything, so it was so much more than a water stop.
Thanks to Mark for our last refreshment stop.
Thanks to Mai-Ann and Grayson for the 2 cheering stations.

  2. You guys were awesome! In 2010 you and George did the 50K in 6:45:34 and 6:45:35, and Mark did it in 6:12:37. So, I think you said that today you did the 31.069 miles in somewhere around 6:10:00. That means that not only did you PR by almost 35 minutes on a training run, but that you also hold the Rogue Racers 50K record! Rock on Pauls! :-)

  3. That's awesome! I'm coming after that 50k record. In maybe 2 to 5 years. 6 hours and 10 minutes of running takes some serious physical and mental toughness. Great job.
