Workouts for this week:
- Monday 5/28/12 - 8:30am Memorial Day track workout at Chantilly HS
- Tuesday 5/29/12 - no group workout
- Wednesday 5/30/12 - 6:30pm track workout at Fairfax HS (check blog first)
- Thursday 5/31/12 - no group workout
- Friday 6/1/12 - no group workout
- Saturday 6/2/12 - 10:00am run at the W&OD trail (check blog first)
- Sunday 6/3/12 (Peter's b-day) - no group workout
We have several people out of town this week, so if you are planning on attending the Wednesday or Saturday morning runs, please check the blog before heading out to see if anyone else plans on running. Also, it seems as if Fairfax HS is pretty strict about closing the track when there is lightning, so you might want to check the weather before heading over to Fairfax. We learned that lesson the hard way!

ReplyDeleteHey guys. Was anyone planning on W O&D tomorrow. Han and I were thinking of sleeping in and going at 10 since it will be cooler tomorrow.

The next meet will be July 24th. There are going to be 3 or 4 more after that.
