Week #2: 1/7/13 - 1/13/13

Congratulations to all of the challenge participants on a fantastic week #1!  Keep the mileage posts and words of encouragement coming strong.  Only 51 weeks to go!

There will be one group run this week on Saturday 1/12/13 at 8:30am at the W&OD trail in Vienna, VA.

P.S.  Save the date for the 2013 Run Rogue 5k on Saturday, March 23, 2013.  Registration is now open, and you can register to run under team name "Rogue Racers".  Hope to see everyone there!

  1. I won't be at tomorrow's group run, but would like to plan for a future run. Do you have the next few long runs already planned, mileage-wise? Not sure if anyone is training for anything coming up, but I have Shamrock coming up in March and will need to start going beyond 10 miles in the coming weeks. :)
