Week one mileage: 40.16 miles.
ReplyDeleteThis is rare. It won't happen often.
George was home and gave me outside motivation.
Way to go Kelly!! I ran 51 miles this week. I was going to run 60, but decided to take Friday off to give the legs a break before the Frozen 5k. It worked! I was able to run my 2nd fastest 5k (17:08) and first sub 17:20 in a very long time.
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to seeing how everyone does with the week #1 mileage.
Oops! 47 miles. I accidentally counted the 31st.
DeleteMy mileage for the first week is 38.04. 2k seems like a long ways away!!!
ReplyDeleteEdie
Week one equals 38; YTD =38
ReplyDeleteGeorge
Week #1: 10.0, YTD: 10.0.
ReplyDeleteMark
Okay, don't judge...
ReplyDeleteWeek #1: 2.26, YTD: 2.26.
I'm going to go eat dinner and see if I can run some later tonight to redeem myself! How embarrassing!
:-)
Holly
Yes... 2.26 miles - my grand total for week #1. I was really just trying to make everyone else look good, though. So, just wait until week #2. Maybe I'll shoot for 5 miles. JK! :-P
DeleteWeek #1: 16 miles, YTD: 16 miles. This is also the most mileage I've done in one week since...oh...I've lost track of how many months.
ReplyDeleteOnly 984 miles to go! :)
April
Total this week is 29.36
ReplyDeleteSkye's total a mere 19...
ReplyDeleteWeek 1: 28 miles.
ReplyDeleteHurray for sick kids... and husband. Only 10 for me.
ReplyDeleteI got in 19 for week 1. Any chance I could apply miles on the bike towards this 1k challenge? How about 5 miles on the bike = 1 mile running...
ReplyDeleteyou freaking cheater. (i support this suggestion)
DeleteI did 24 in week one.
ReplyDeleteWeek 1: 9 miles running (plus a 5 mile stroller walk!)
ReplyDeleteTold you we would be the "oops I forgot to report slackers"
ReplyDeleteKevin 15 miles
Kristine 26.5 miles
Don't worry... I think we still need 4-5 people to report in! Plus, did you see my mileage... you guys definitely aren't the slackers in the group!
Deleteweek one mileage: 10 miles
ReplyDeleteI'm jealous of Holly's mileage. I thought I shot low, I guess Holly wins! ;)
ReplyDeleteDon't worry, track season starts soon so I can no longer slack...
Kelsey week #1: 9 1/2 miles
I manage to squeeze in 9 miles at the last minute (early on Sunday).
ReplyDeleteBob Week #1: 9 Miles
Hey everyone, I recruited a friend of mine to sign up for the 1,000 mile challenge. His name is Chris Roberts, and this week I'm posting for him b/c he just moved to VA Beach and doesn't have his internet connection hooked up yet. He and I are both training for the Shamrock marathon, which will be his first marathon. Woo hoo! :)
ReplyDeleteHis mileage for Week 1: 12.5 miles.
Little late...
ReplyDeleteI got 30 miles (8.36 short)
Bob L. Week #2: 9 Miles...I'm going to have to pick it up a bit! :-)
ReplyDelete10 miles
ReplyDeleteYTD: 10 miles
Week #1: 9 miles
