Week #6: 2/4/12 - 2/10/12

There will be a group run at the W&OD trail this weekend on Sunday, March 10, 2013 at 9:30am.  All are welcome to join!

If everyone can get all of their miles posted up through week #6 (ending Sunday, March 10, 2013), I will update the graph and post the progress chart by mid-week!

    2. Good news is walking is a lot better. Just waiting for X-ray results. Elliptical and stationary bike are not my favorites, but will do for now as I try to save a chance at running Boston. Might try for 3 miles on Wednesday or Thursday.

    I know, I know, my last few weeks have been shameful considering the marathon is just around the corner. The mileage will pick up soon. In an attempt to save face, here's my big news: I PR'ed at the Sweethearts 4 Ever 4 miler with a finish time of 39:11. Pace was 9:48, which is only the third time I've ever ran a sub-10:00/mi in a race (and one of those races was pre-kid). Yay!!! :)
