  4. Week Feb11-16. James in hosp. All kids sick. Rough week. Total 47 miles

    Week Feb 18-25: 10(1) miles. I'll give the extra mile on that one. Running Columbia sc marathon on march 9 with 16-20 miles at MP, with option to cont at pace if I feel good. Then Boston!

    1. Will be running the USATF Master's track and field championships the same weekend as the Run Rogue 5k. Will look at the times of the races at the championships, but might not be able to run the 5k. Please take a look at the USATF website and see who's running in the 35-39 age group. Really excited to be running on the same team as some of the really great runners from this area. Will be working hard to get the mile and 3k times to improve over the next month.

    I'd like to point out that my weekly mileage is one mile higher than Keith's mileage last week. This will be the only time this happens this year. :)
