This Sunday the Rogue Racers are helping out with the last water stop (same as last year) at the Parkway Classic 5K/10 Miler. If anyone has any interest in waking up early on Sunday morning to help hand out water, please let me know and I will give you directions and volunteer t-shirt!

- 16x200m (200m run, 100m walk/jog)
- 2 sets of 8 repeats with 3 minute break between sets
- Tuesday 4/17/12 - n/a
- Wednesday 4/18/12 - no group workout (no track available)
- Thursday 4/19/12 - 6:30pm at Fairfax HS track
- Friday 4/20/12 - n/a
- Saturday 4/21/12 - 8:00am at W&OD trail in Vienna
- Sunday 4/22/12 - Parkway Classic 5K & 10 Mile

ReplyDeleteI am new to the area(Gainesville) and am training for a couple halfs and a full M in the fall. Recently bought a road bike for cross training. Do you all ride weekly? and are there other beginners in your group?

ReplyDeleteWe used to ride on Sunday mornings, but haven't really started those rides back up again this season yet. I'm sure we will start those again soon. Until then, we'd love for you to join us for a run! :-)

ReplyDeleteLet me know if anyone is going to run at a track on Thursday & what track and what time. I have to run 6 miles tomorrow and would like to do it on the flat track with other people.
ReplyDeleteI would be down for track tomorrow too, i think we have 6 miles on the to-do list. I most likely have to work late tomorrow (we have a potential meeting at 5:30) so could we do Fairfax HS?
