  1. Week one mileage: 40.16 miles.

This is rare. It won't happen often.
George was home and gave me outside motivation.

  2. Way to go Kelly!! I ran 51 miles this week. I was going to run 60, but decided to take Friday off to give the legs a break before the Frozen 5k. It worked! I was able to run my 2nd fastest 5k (17:08) and first sub 17:20 in a very long time.
I'm looking forward to seeing how everyone does with the week #1 mileage.

    1. Yes... 2.26 miles - my grand total for week #1. I was really just trying to make everyone else look good, though. So, just wait until week #2. Maybe I'll shoot for 5 miles. JK! :-P

  12. I got in 19 for week 1. Any chance I could apply miles on the bike towards this 1k challenge? How about 5 miles on the bike = 1 mile running...
